Phase 1 — soft launch

Florida notary public — mobile notary within Broward; fee cap $10 per notarial act; commission in progress.
Document typing — Florida Supreme Court-approved forms only; nonlawyer typing service.
Court filing courier — hand-delivery of your filings to Broward courthouses.

Coming later

Tax preparation — after PTIN/EFIN; target 2027 season.
Process serving — requires Broward Sheriff special process server appointment; coming 2027.
