KP Document & Notary Service is being built by Kendrick Petioma, based in Margate, Florida, to serve clients across Broward County.
Kendrick holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida A&M University. He brings a detail-oriented approach to document handling, scheduling, and client service.
The business is planned as a Florida LLC (not yet filed). Soft launch is targeted for November 16, 2026, starting with Florida notary services (commission in progress), typing of Florida Supreme Court-approved self-help forms, and court filing courier.
