FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about what we are (and are not) building.
Are you a law firm? Can you give legal advice?
No. KP Document & Notary Service is not a law firm and cannot give legal advice. We may only type information you provide on Florida Supreme Court-approved forms. We cannot select forms for you, tell you what to write, or represent you in court.
Is Kendrick already a Florida notary?
Not yet on this site. The Florida notary commission is in progress. Soft launch is targeted for November 16, 2026, once the commission is active. We do not claim bonding or insurance that is not yet held.
What do you charge?
Pricing is TBD except where Florida law sets a cap. Florida caps notary fees at $10 per notarial act. Travel or other service fees (if any) will be disclosed before you book. No other prices are published on this site.
Where do you serve?
Broward County, Florida. Mobile notary is planned within Broward. Owner location: Margate, FL. Home address is not published.
Which forms can you type?
Only Florida Supreme Court-approved forms, and only with information you provide. We cannot select forms for you or tell you what to write. See document typing.
When will tax preparation be available?
After PTIN/EFIN (and any other required credentials) are in place. Target: 2027 tax season. Not part of the November 2026 soft launch.
When will process serving be available?
Coming 2027, and only after a Broward Sheriff special process server appointment (or equivalent lawful authority) is obtained.
