KP Document & Notary Service is not a law firm and cannot give legal advice. We may only type information you provide on Florida Supreme Court-approved forms. We cannot select forms for you, tell you what to write, or represent you in court.
What this service is
If you are representing yourself and have already chosen a Florida Supreme Court-approved form, we can type the information you give us onto that form. You remain responsible for the content, completeness, and legal effect of every document.
What we will not do
- Select which form you should use.
- Tell you what to write, or draft language for you.
- Give legal advice of any kind.
- Represent you in court or speak to the court on your behalf.
- Type forms that are not Florida Supreme Court-approved self-help forms.
How it is planned to work
- You choose the form from Florida Supreme Court-approved self-help forms.
- You provide the information to be typed. We do not decide what goes in the blanks.
- We type and return the completed form for your review and signature. Notary services (if needed) are separate.
